i seem to have time on my hands

this is good, but i also need to get a job.. but that aside i went for a wander around town today cause i’ve never really taken any shots in the streets of brighton. i felt like just using the 10-22mm lens so a load of wide angle shots later i picked a few to fancy up in photoshop.

if anyone is interested (if not then just a record for me i guess.. those are the two options.) in photoshop i made a new channel and painted in a depth map to use with the lens blur filter to mess with shortening the depth of field. stuck it in alien skin exposure 2 to give a velvia-ish saturation and stuck on a subtle overlay that i had lying around to mess with the edges a bit. i deliberated about cropping them but decided to leave it.
